To create the brand and online-presence for a property service company dealing in letting, buying and selling of homes and commercial premises in West Wales.
Visibility for online searches was paramount to effectively provide an on-line property window in a competitive ‘West Wales Property Market’.
Design
The design and planning involved pre-start market and keyword research, forming of strategic partnerships and development of business plan and marketing strategy.

The elements were then integrated across all identity materials, literature, for sale boards and signage with researched keywords forming the basis for the web sites content, architecture and linkage strategy.
A dedicated and innovative software was choosen for administering the properties which not only boasts some of the most prestigious clients within the Estate Agency market, but one that simply inspires confidence.

XML site map creation and submission to Google, Yahoo and MSN to raise the visibility of every page and is backed up with on-going submissions to various other high profile sites.
